Our study sought to answer two research questions:
- How successfully and easily do users find and purchase tickets?
- What obstacles users do users encounter in the process of finding and purchasing tickets?

Some major issues we identified include:
- Website performance prevented a participant from purchasing tickets and prevented our pilot participant from using the site
- Participants were uncertain about how much a given ticket cost
- Number of items participants found in cart was different form what they expected
